Cashew, similar to peanuts, has a rich nutty taste.
It's smooth and creamy and perfect for producing non-dairy milk, smoothies, ice-creams, creams, and sauces. Cashew paste is made by crushing cashews until a bland paste is made. Cashew paste is also great for thickening sauces and curries.
