Shipping Guidelines
Dear customers. Please pay attention to our shipping directives, which might change at our discretion.
Frozen Fruits is a business operated by Moris Hasky (MH). You will see on your Credit card statements that the purchase will appear under MH.
Since July 9th, 2020, we deliver to the center of the country (Israel only), in line with the coastline. Delivery prices change according to the order amount. You need to check on your shipping cart the amount charged for the shipping.
Currently, orders over ₪200 are free of shipping charges—orders between ₪150-₪199 costs ₪10—orders between ₪125-₪149 charges ₪15. Orders between ₪100-₪124 are ₪20, and between ₪50-₪99 are ₪30. Orders below ₪50 have a ₪40 charge. We might have, at some point, shipping promotions like discounts or free shipping. If that happens, you will know.

Once you receive your order, if you are not happy with your order, you can let us know to get a full refund. Just let us know privately by any of our regular channels.
After you finish your purchase, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. This initial email is not your shipment confirmation. Your shipment confirmation arrives once the order is shipped, which is 1 to 3 business days after.
We expected you to be available or have someone available at the address you provided for delivery to receive the order. Orders might be left at the front door, with prior consent, inside a cooled box. Our cold boxed keep the products frozen for up to 3 hours.
With your previous approval, another option is to leave the order with a neighbor, friend, or business close to you.
Please note, if your address is in a street where there is no parking nearby, the driver will ask you to come down and pick up the order.
Important things to know:
All the prices on our website, unless specified, include VAT. We will not transfer information collected from you to third parties without consent, and we will send you promotions and recommendations by mail, which you can opt-out.
We reserve the right to all the intellectual properties, including copyrights, pictures, methods, and more. We reserve the right to sell our products at our discretion, and we might cancel any order at our discretion, without the need to give explanations, by providing a full refund.
